  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your athletic gear in its original packaging.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached to avoid processing delays.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the quality of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
